  • Formation of SHGs linked to income generation activities provides these women time and opportunity to take proper care of the children as well as money to buy/grow nutritious food for children and themselves. It would also provide opportunity for the women to work together for the development of the society and village but due to lack of technical know-how they are not capable to do so.
The new perspective of skill development training will give the real power to these women who they can change in their villages regarding women and finally these in-come generation programme activities would turn up into a sustainable community development programme.
