Community Based Mobilisation for Development, CBMD is a non profit making non-governmental organization working in lines of secular and democratic principles. Its registered office is in Delhi having branches in Uttarpradesh, Chattisgarh,Rajasthan, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. Its main focus is community for overall human development that relies on science and technology to participate in humanitarian services with intervention of E-Governance. CBMD devises and implements growth and build up plans keeping in mind the particularities and special needs of the Indian subcontinent. Our movement is involved in raising resources for the actualization of our evolvement strategies. CBMD also works to implement the plans of the UN Millennium Project Committee in order to fulfil the Millennium Development Goals in India LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT, SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING, WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, HANDICRAFT DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT GENERATION, MICRO-ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT, TRIBAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT, WATERSHED DEVELOPMENT, POVERTY ERADICATION, AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL RESEARCH, IMPACT EVALUATIONS, POLICY ADVOCACY, INFORMAL EDUCATION AND MAINSTREAMING OF NON SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN, HEALTH AND SANITATION, DRINKING WATER, FOOD AND NUTRITION, RCH, WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT, HIV AWARENESS,PREVENTION AND CONTROL ARE OUR THRUST AREA AND WORKING IN THE ARENA WITH OUR BABY STEPS.
