Major Activities/Achievements : Indrajal Cultural Foundation(Regd.) The foundation has been propagating Govts policies and programmes on subjects like National Integration, Health & Family Welfare, Literacy, AIDS awareness, Drug Abuse, Cleanliness, Sanitation Promotion, Environment, Universalization of Education and Education in Human Values through its innovative Magic shows. One of the performances on LITERACY, in connection with the International Literacy Day and 50 years of indias independence organized by the National Literacy Mission, won laurels. Performances Titled Magic and Social Reform, Magic Show on NATIONAL SYMBOLS, Special Magic Shows on Books during World Book Fairs, Magic Shows Depicting National and International Integration during india International Trade Fairs were appreciated by the press, dignitaries, intellectuals and electronic media. Unique Magic Show on National Museim, in connection with International Musium Day before the packed audience in the National Museum Auditorium was a mile stone in the history of magic. Through this innovative show the Foundation drove home the point that ancient monuments need to be preserved. The Foundations unique shows on policies and programmes of the Goverment for the benefit of the society have proved that there is tremendous potential and power of communication in the great medium of THE ART OF MAGIC/INDRJAL which influences equally the young and the old, the rich and the poor. The FOUNDATIONS special productions titled-Unity in Diversity, Art and Culture, Education in Human Values evoked tremendous impact among the Youth, Students and Teachers. The Foundation organised a seminar, commended by eminent educationists, speaker, Press and Electronic media. The Foundation organised several hundred workshops in educational institutions in various parts of the country propagating govt. educational programmes and policies received commendations. The Foundation feels that this traditional folk Art of Magic and Social Reform is a most powerful medium of communication and the Foundation with its vasr experience in creativity and innovations, a deep study on the subject of Medium of Magic for further utilization in promoting the policies and programmes of the government by way of creating social awareness through Magic Shows, Workshops will be a great value to the future generation and society at large.
