Major Activities/Achievements : The Gramin Pragatisheel Yuvak Mandal was establishment under aegis of renowned social worker and educationist Sh. Lakhi Ram Sharm. A meeting of the rural area of Delhi was held at village Begumpur on April 6, 1967 and the formet for the Gramin Pragatisheel Yuvak Mandal was prepared and it was registered on 5/12/1967 by Registrar of societies. The Gramin Pragatisheel Yuvak Mandal (reg.) has organize different type of camps and seminar to uplift the social, economic level of the rural folks. G.P.Y.M has worked in the field of education, health and environment through the cultural programme and show the local language. Gramin Pragatisheel Yuvak Mandal has involved in school children through the painting competition, dance and drama etc. the survey has dumpled the spirit of natural devout and scientific spirit among the rural youth, through the methods of scientific experiments and shown. The G.P.Y.m has worked to dedicated the superstitions among the village people, rural folk . In present Sh. Rakesh Kumar Sharma is the Gen Sec of the society works in a renowned educationist and under among the rural folk in the field of education, health and environment .
