To make efforts for the social and educational development of women, children, destitute, elderly, weaker section of society and backwards in the rural areas through out the country. J. To develop scientific manpower in the areas of Rural management, Environment, Forest, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Productions, Quality Control, Health, Hospital, Social sector etc. and develop appropriate strategies and Policies to be adopted for the country there by recommending Govt. of India for its implementation. Institute for Narcotics Studies and Analysis

The Institute for Narcotics Studies and Analysis undertakes studies of all matters relating to illicit drugs and psychotropic substances, including (i) the demand and supply of such substances, and (ii present global , regional/sub-regional and national regulatory and control mechanisms and to what extent these have been successful. It also undertakes surveys of drug sensitive areas where illicit cultivation of drugs is prevalent and acts as a watch-dog for the governments to take suitable steps. Furthermore, it looks into the extent of drug abuse in different populatopns and makes suitable measures for raising awareness amongst populations as also preventive, treatment and rehabilitation policies that the governments need to develop to effectively deal with the problem of drug trafficking and drug abuse.
