ARCHISA THE RAY OF LIGHT is working in the area of education for poorest among poor children with the objective of 100 percent literacy for all and the right to formal education and access to health care for every child as provided . Today ARCHISA THE RAY OF LIGHT supports over 50 children. Help them to get admission in the schools and encourages their academic pursuits by providing them after school hour tuition classes so that the child should sustain or complete his or her schooling. Our Projects Nursery It is in AANGAN Lado Sarai, where approximately 40 children from the age group 3 to 5 years are prepared to get admission in the mainstream school. This project is also a response to the needs of older students who were unable to attend school because they were needed to take care of their younger siblings. Sikhya Project Sikhya is dedicated entirely to the children who have never attended to school. Children are prepared to take entrance tests for classes that correspond to their academic ability and are assisted in the subsequent admission process. Works with children who do not go to school and provides them academic support and encouragement to return to schooling.
