Major Activities/Achievements : Focus of Activities for Next Two Years Our Goals are orientated towards the Upliftment of Disabled/ Poor Child education, Widow Pension, free vaccination for Poor People, for the following two years. We are Targeting to help 500 Poor Children, 100 disabled children and 100 Widows for help for the following two years. Detailed approach is as follows: – Introduction: – Our objectives include fulfilling basic requirement of mentally and physically handicapped children and consciousness against female genocide. We also help deprived women for their well being by providing them pension. Our aim is to help children and people by vaccinating against new challenging diseases such as Hepatitis, Meningitis and Tuberculosis. Vision: – AAHWAAN is motivated for the impartiality and honesty based on freedom, peace and solidarity through responsiveness and empowerment. As a social welfare organisation it undertakes development initiatives to positively impact lives of the unfortunate and neglected sections of society to develop a suitable and comfortable environment for AIDS, TB, Cancer, leprosy, Heart patients, for miserable children who pick rubbish, work as domestic help, remain on streets roaming here and there manhandled in most cases and ill-treated due to their innocence and insecurity around them. Improved opportunities to health & educational facilities for mentally & physically challenged children. Our social welfare organisation is using all the health, education & social tools to ensure the development of urban and slum areas. Mission:- To care of uneducated poor and deprived disabled child, meagre widows in order to improve their quality of life & their upliftment to cherish their dreams. To train them for sustenance and empower them to take challenges to acquire a respectful job. Our effort is to make them independent and socially absorbed. Our activities: – The activities in the organisation include the welfare of children, empowerment of woman and upliftment of the deprived neglected people. Our activities focuses on women empowerment, child & adult education, job oriented training programmes for rural & weaker sections of our society. This includes treatment for disabilities such as Down syndrome, autism, spasticity mentally retardation & cerebral palsy.
